2.3 Account Closure

Deposits & Withdrawals
7u99 currently supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals are available through all three methods.
3.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.
- Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
7u99 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Accepting any bonus means you have agreed to the specific terms and conditions of that bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳30,000 in bets.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from games played with a bonus balance.
- Creating multiple bonus accounts or abusing the bonus system will result in account closure.
- 7u99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
Regular players have the opportunity to join the 7u99 VIP program. Weekly cashback benefits are provided across four tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Players can advance to higher tiers based on playing consistency and activity. Detailed VIP benefit terms are published separately by 7u99 and may change at any time.
Gaming Rules
All games on 7u99 are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules and statistics. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
5.1 Fair Play Policy
7u99 is committed to ensuring fair play and a level playing field. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate game software.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

7u99 reserves the right to void bets and investigate accounts if anomalous or suspicious betting activity is detected.

6.1 Self-Exclusion Feature
If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can take the following steps:

10.2 Severability of Terms

10.4 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the complete legal agreement between 7u99 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
10.5 Updates and Changes
7u99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be provided through the platform. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
